Money School offers 18 courses divided into three groups. You can take each group as a single
workshop, or you can select individual courses that fit your specific needs. Once you
determine which subjects and class format appeal most to you, please register
by phone or online.
These six courses cover key financial basics. You work hard earning your money, and we teach you how to
live comfortably within your means. Individual courses are available in semi-private or private
meetings. Alternatively, the Wealth Building Fundamentals workshop includes all six
subjects.
This course helps you develop a one-year spreadsheet to forecast your revenues and expenses.

This course helps you recognize that your bank balance is seldom in tune with your actual
balance.
For those who are fortunate enough to operate their checking account with a cash
cushion, this class helps ensure you are not being overcharged for banking fees or incorrectly
charged for purchases you have not made.
For those operating without a cushion, it helps you avoid "not sufficient funds" (NSF) hassles
and other unnecessary fees.

take the Wealth Creation and Management workshop, which includes all six subjects.
This course discusses how the ultimate savings account at your bank compares with a pre-authorized
savings deduction at a savings-based firm or an investment group. We explain where your savings will
be safeguarded and how everyone wins by saving with a credible institution, organization, or
specialized investment firm.

are Junk Bonds?
This course tackles your investment questions head on. We make recommendations about how to keep

realize that building a million dollars requires an original stake of as little as $15,000 and the
time and ability to let it grow in the right places.
Keep time on your side and gain comfort in the power of compounding. Warren Buffet and Berkshire Hathaway
have been in the compounding business for over 60 years.

In the short term, the buy-low/sell-high investment strategy works—sometimes. If you are an
adrenaline junkie when it comes to playing with your investment stake, then this course will help
you. If you want to take some time off (to go to Money School) and decide what is best to do with
your recent inheritance, buyout, or windfall, then this course also is for you.
We explain how to safegaurd your money in a GIC or short-term savings account while you take
a timeout to build your wealth management strategy, expand your knowledge, and enhance your
abilities to manage your wealth successfully.

This course helps you understand how and why the government relies on your contributions to operate
the country and to service the collective well-being and state of the country. Taxes are the great
equalizor in the wealth building game.
The taxman will try to be as much as a 35-percent partner in your paycheck. We want you to know
how and when the tax factor should be considered to reduce your investment risks. In summary, we
want course graduates to become proud taxpayers—but not foolish ones.

borrowing money, vehicle ownership, and bankruptcy issues. Individual courses are available
in semi-private or private meetings. Alternatively, the Debt Management
workshop includes all six subjects.
This course helps you consider whether loaning money is wise and helpful to all concerned.
You are not a bank, but you are viewed as a bank because you have money. Have you considered
that not all loans issued by banks get repaid?
We help you factor in the emotional impact of being involved in this type of money solution. As
well, we help you prepare for the potential downsides and upsides that can come with approving
this type of financial support.

It can be great if a family member or friend is willing to loan you money when required,
but that card rarely gets played wisely. Is the money you require for a business idea? Is it a good
idea? A good business idea? Is this money for a bail-out or to endorse an addiction of yours?
This course helps you consider all your options and helps you manage this money problem. We
help you qualify (and quantify) your request. If you decide you seriously want to take this route,
then we also help you create your sales pitch.

and timely repayment of your interest and principle.

scoop from your "bank" pocket. Banks are cheap money! This course helps keep them that way.

Leasing, dealer finance, bank finance, cash purchase, new, or used? Most of us require a car, so this
is a cost we must account for. It probably doesn't make cents to buy a new vehicle, but it might
make sense to you.
This course shares the truths about your depreciating vehicle and emphasizes the key factors to
consider. Do you make more money than you spend each month? Each year?

When you are short of money, there are wiser alternatives than a payday loan. The book "The
Richest Man in Babylon" implies that the money problems that were in existence when money was
first used in commerce are still around today.
If you are having a tough time with money, don't forget there is a fine line between success
and failure. With patience and discipline, you can put yourself on a track towards developing
wealth instead of being cornered by it. They say that if you keep change in a glass on your
counter, then you are wealthier than 99 percent of the world's population.
This course provides insight as to what happens if you go into bankruptcy and how it might
affect you both positively and negatively. In regards to the payday loans trap, we explain why
putting good money after bad money is a wasteful excercise for all concerned.

Managing debt can be a slippery slope. This course helps you determine what the realities are
in regards to being able to pay off your debts and recover from the burden of debt. Claiming
bankruptcy and refocusing on a fresh start might be wiser than rebuilding your wealth and credit.
If you think you're about to be financially derailed, don't worry. Many people before you have
encountered this reality and have emerged stronger as a result. You can count on us to be in
your corner as you handle this money management issue.
